Client Project Associate

We are looking for a Client Project Associate to join a growing Project Management team in London.

This is a junior-level opportunity suited to someone looking to build their career across project management, client engagement and professional services .

You will support senior team members with the delivery of client projects, helping coordinate stakeholders, manage deadlines and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple client projects
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project timelines, actions and deadlines
• Manage day-to-day client queries and communication
• Produce client-facing documentation and reports
• Support project planning and internal initiatives
• Assist with proposals and new client opportunities

What we're looking for

• Fluency in at least one European language is essential
• Some experience in a client-facing or professional environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive, ambitious and keen to learn
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Insurance experience is beneficial but not required

Salary: Up to £40,000 + package
