The Role

• Presenting and advising on new therapy concepts and products to healthcare professionals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical staff.
• Independently organizing and conducting training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyzing market data and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Pharmareferent or a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Solid experience in a similar role with a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical field.
• Excellent German language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, coupled with teamwork and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license.
