The Role • Greet customers promptly and courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process. • Effectively educate customers on the benefits of the employer's offerings and available financial products. • Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand vehicle operating features. • Utilize the CRM tool diligently to track all customer interactions and follow up post-purchase. • Meet unit average requirements and maintain minimum PVR and VSC standards. • Uphold core values of integrity, leadership, positive energy, and open-mindedness. What You'll Need • At least 18 years of age. • A friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player mentality. • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, though not strictly required.
