Loula is looking for experienced full-spectrum doulas in the San Bernardino area to join our network of independent doula providers.

Accept Medi-Cal and commercial insurance without the paperwork. We handle credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment, and pay you twice a month even when a claim is denied. Full-spectrum doulas can earn about $2,600 per client they bring themselves and about $2,300 per client Loula refers, when they complete all of the visits the client's plan covers. Actual earnings vary by health plan and number of visits.

We partner with both Medicaid and commercial health insurance plans to make it easier for doulas to accept health insurance without the administrative burden.

🛠 Minimum Qualifications

You'll need one of the following:

• Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR

• 5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation

You'll also need:

• Adult and infant CPR training

• HIPAA training

• Liability insurance

If you don't yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out! We can support you in getting set up with these requirements.

Please note that if you are not located in California and/or do not meet the minimum qualifications listed above, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.
