The Role

• Drive store and personal sales goals to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Support store management in training and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Uphold company policies and practices, providing coaching and accountability.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, in the absence of store management.
• Manage loss prevention practices and ensure effective communication of store needs.
• Deliver an exceptional, full-service customer experience and resolve customer issues efficiently.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A strong desire to succeed and grow within a retail setting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and completion of required training programs.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, with the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
