Customer Success Specialist - Digital Fitness Platforms

You'll assess goals, build tech-enabled coaching plans, and track progress using advanced tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll share user feedback to improve products. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group coaching to clients on IT and software tools in a fitness club environment
• Assess client goals, design tailored tech-enabled training plans, and track progress
• Leverage company platforms, apps, and analytics tools to enhance member engagement and results
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to relay user feedback and support feature improvements
• Maintain accurate digital records of sessions, outcomes, and client communications
• Educate clients on best practices for using digital platforms, wearables, and performance dashboards
• Assist with onboarding members to new software features and self-service tools
• Uphold data privacy, security, and company policies during all client interactions
