Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software using C++, C#, Python, and Java
Build and optimize real-time systems in an agile environment
Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
Collaborate on system integration for complex defense platforms
Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking
Work across multiple programs—no siloed projects Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
4–10 years of experience in software engineering (defense preferred)
Proficiency with Linux, RTOS, and VxWorks
Hands-on experience with real-time systems
Ability to work onsite in Niceville, FL (core hours: M–F, 8am–3pm)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean development environment

Preferred Skills Background in aerospace or defense software development
Familiarity with embedded systems and mission-critical applications
