Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4+ years managing software development or IT service projects, with a strong focus on bespoke or custom application delivery.
Technical Acumen: Solid grasp of system architecture, APIs, database design, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional SDLC practices.
Tools: Proficiency with tracking software like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Git-based version control.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior hands-on background as a software developer or technical lead.
