An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll administration and HR projects.

Temporary contract - Fully On-site - 8:30-17:00 - Monday-Friday - Starting ASAPResponsibilities:As a HR Coordinator you will
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and managing pre-employment checks.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring all documentation and inductions are completed efficiently.
- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on policies, procedures and HR-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is confidential, compliant and up to date.
- Assist with employee relations matters, absence management, payroll administration and HR reporting.
- Support wider HR initiatives, including employee engagement, wellbeing activities, training programmes and HR projects.
Requirements:As a HR Coordinator, you will need
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or currently working towards) with a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Professional, proactive and highly discreet, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for HR.
