We are establishing a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit, offering a unique opportunity to actively shape its development. This role is with a leading national healthcare provider renowned for its high standards of medical care and innovative approach.

The Role

• Organize and structure the daily routine for patients within the psychiatric unit.
• Co-lead therapeutic discussions, building upon individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide immediate support and intervention during acute crisis situations.
• Lead therapeutic groups focused on relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator, Special Needs Educator, or Residential Care Worker.
• Ideal, but not required, experience in psychiatry or residential care settings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• A proactive attitude and a desire for continuous professional development.
