OP Pfleger oder Operationstechnischer Assistent (m/w/d) | Worms, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a renowned orthopedic hospital, part of a leading national clinic group, known for combining advanced medicine with a high quality of life. Annually, our dedicated team of 280 employees provides innovative orthopedic care to around 17,000 patients, specializing in joint replacement, spine, shoulder surgery, and sports traumatology. The Role

  • Perform instrumenting, assisting, and circulating duties in orthopedic, trauma, spine, and shoulder surgeries.
  • Prepare, monitor, and provide post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Ensure smooth operational flows in four operating rooms and collaborate interdisciplinarily with other departments.
  • Participate in the on-call surgical service rotation after successful onboarding.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a registered nurse or surgical technician (OTA).
  • Ideally, post-graduate specialist training and/or initial experience in an operating room setting.
  • Enthusiasm for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic, motivated team.
  • Strong communication skills, openness, and empathy towards patients.
