The Role

• Operating and setting up processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documenting results
• Carrying out maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep of equipment
• Ensuring timely delivery of production targets
• Maintaining the operational readiness of machinery and equipment
• Assisting with testing new technologies and processes

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technology Specialist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High level of responsibility and a proactive work approach
• Ability to work independently and focus on achieving goals
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
