As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of our organization. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with limited professional experience to gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic finance team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a broad spectrum of financial activities.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for

Conduct regular analysis of cash flow statements, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow, assess financial performance, and analyze various scenarios
Generate and distribute comprehensive cash flow reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data.

Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual cash flow, providing explanations and recommendations for improvement
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, collaborating with the finance team to implement best practices and streamline reporting processes
Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
~2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on cash flow reporting
~ Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and manufacturing processes
~ Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
~ Capable of analyzing complex financial data and providing meaningful insights
~ Citizen, U.Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.Citizenship due to contract requirements.
