The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, providing advice and first-class service.
• Address diverse and evolving customer needs and technical challenges independently.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
