Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead mainframe modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The role will drive discovery, requirements, product backlog, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration while identifying opportunities for AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, and RPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements gathering.
  • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVP scope.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with Business, Product, UX, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and UAT teams.
  • Support modernization of legacy/mainframe applications to React, micro-frontends, APIs, and microservices.
  • Analyze REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and business/data flows.
  • Identify and define use cases for GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, workflow automation, and IDP.
  • Support UAT, release readiness, deployment, and production rollout.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years as Technical Product Owner / Product Owner / Business Analyst.
  • 5+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
  • Strong experience in mainframe/legacy modernization and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, backlog management, user stories, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, or Intelligent Automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred: React/Micro-Frontend, UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism/Power Automate, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, RAG, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
