Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning solutions across eLearning, virtual, instructor-led, and blended learning environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
• Experience with eLearning, curriculum development, and training needs analysis.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred: Candidates who can independently manage the full instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis through development, delivery, and evaluation.
