Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Wire Transfers and ACH Payments to join our banking and financial services team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of domestic and international payment processing, ACH networks, wire transfer operations, payment systems, and banking workflows. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and compliance groups to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and drive the delivery of payment-related solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership within banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on domain experience with Wire Transfers and ACH Payments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Wire Transfer / Wire Payments.
• Deep understanding of domestic and international wire transfer processing.
• Strong knowledge of Fedwire and SWIFT payment networks.
• Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT and MX messaging standards.
• Thorough understanding of domestic and international wire payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of ACH payment processing, including ACH debit/credit transactions, NACHA rules, returns, and settlement.
• Experience working with payment processing platforms, banking applications, and financial transaction systems.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional requirements.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Wire Transfer and ACH payment products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, payment operations, technology teams, and compliance teams to define product requirements.

NOTE: Prioritize candidates who have worked directly on ACH and Wire Transfer payment products at banks or financial institutions, rather than candidates with only generic digital banking or product ownership experience.
