Microsoft 365 administration

The Engineer is a technical contributor is responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving the platforms that enable a secure, reliable, and productive end-user technology experience.

The role primarily focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Engineering, application management, automation, and production support.

The engineer owns support and administration for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, while providing operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform in coordination with the teams responsible for platform development.

REQUIREMENTS:

Four or more years of experience in endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.

Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
