Oberarzt (m/w/d) Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie | Vogtareuth, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading national network of specialized clinics, renowned for its high-quality psychosomatic and psychiatric care and its strong commitment to research and teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and developing a brand-new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.

The Role

  • Significantly contribute to the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.
  • Take on the professional leadership of a newly formed multidisciplinary team.
  • Be responsible for the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents, including creating individual treatment plans and supervising junior doctors.
  • Establish processes for measuring and evaluating treatment outcomes to continuously improve care quality.
  • Collaborate closely with psychosomatic departments to foster professional exchange and shared perspectives.
  • Engage in internal clinic training and contribute to the curriculum.

What You'll Need

  • Specialist qualification as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
  • Sound clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
  • Motivation to actively shape structures and influence the development of a new psychiatric unit.
  • Aptitude for building and leading a new multidisciplinary team.
