The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting.
• Represent the company with pride, engaging positively with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Work independently, thinking on your feet to make the right decisions for each customer and situation.
• Be the face of the company, embodying its values with every interaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgements.
