The Role

• Engage in practical phases at a local company while pursuing a state-recognized Bachelor's degree on campus.
• Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, child protection, and educational support.
• Support colleagues in providing practical, goal-oriented, and educational guidance in individual living environments and family life.
• Actively participate in the pedagogical and individual support of clients.
• Explore specializations in childhood pedagogy, social work with adults, child and youth services, or school-based social work.

What You'll Need

• (Vocational) Matura, a qualified professional qualification, or state-recognized technician/business administrator qualifications.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong sense of responsibility, conscientiousness, and discretion.
• Empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Prior experience through a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
