Job Description

About the Role

This is an automation-focused operations internship at a preventive health technology startup, with the intention to convert to a full-time role. You will take ownership of real operational processes, improve how they work, and help the team scale without adding unnecessary manual work.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer operations end to end, including onboarding, scheduling, results coordination, and retention.

  • Coordinate daily workflows with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and the internal team.

  • Build internal tools and automations using workflow platforms, no-code tools, or scripts.

  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and create more efficient processes.

  • Help develop operational processes that can support substantial customer growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Available for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to full-time.

  • Fluent in German and comfortable coordinating with local customers and healthcare partners.

  • Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.

  • Some experience, typically 0 to 2 years, building workflows or automations with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.

  • Comfortable using code or scripts to automate recurring work and taking ownership of processes with high autonomy.

  • EU or EEA work authorization is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is €30,000 to €36,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
