Job Title:- FP&A Associate / Financial Business Analyst

Location:- Midtown Manhattan, New York City (Onsite)

Duration:- Full-Time
Experience:- 3–5 Years
Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level FP&A Associate / Financial Business Analyst with experience in financial analysis, business reporting, and client-facing consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•⁠  ⁠Develop financial models, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
•⁠  ⁠Analyze business performance, financial data, and operational metrics.
•⁠  ⁠Gather business requirements and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
•⁠  ⁠Support client engagements, business reviews, and project deliverables.
•⁠  ⁠Independently manage assigned analytical and reporting responsibilities.
Required Skills
•⁠  ⁠3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business consulting.
•⁠  ⁠Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•⁠  ⁠Experience with financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Preferred
•⁠  ⁠Consulting background (Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or similar).
•⁠  ⁠Banking or financial services domain experience.
•⁠  ⁠Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, or Oracle.
