SOFTWARE INTEGRATION ENGINEER IV Transform technology into opportunity as a Software Integration Engineer at GDIT. Shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while shaping what's next for your engineering career. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Software Integration Engineer, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in providing expertise in integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Integration Engineer must have:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software
• Technical skills: HPC architecture knowledge of HPC Ecosystem including compute, network, memory, and storage components
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required • Must be proficient with the following: * Linux Shell scripting
* Object Oriented Programming Language (C, C++, Java)
* Python Programming
* GCC compiler
* Multi-threaded software
* Parallel processing
* CORBA, J2EE
* Perl or JavaScript
* Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools Structured troubleshooting skills
* System installation and working with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software GDIT IS YOUR PLACE
