This is a contract role, and we're looking for experienced professionals ready to hit the ground running.
We are seeking an experienced Staff Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting Company's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for independently leading Oracle Cloud implementations from acquisition due diligence through production stabilization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, and acquired business stakeholders to successfully onboard newly acquired businesses into Company's Oracle Cloud ecosystem while ensuring Day 1 operational readiness.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Cloud OTC implementations for M&A integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Development to align project goals.
  • Conduct due diligence and assess the impact of acquisitions on existing Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful Oracle Cloud integrations.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud OTC processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies during integrations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Oracle Cloud implementations.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud OTC implementations.
  • Proven track record of leading successful M&A integrations.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud or related technologies.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.19 - $103.57/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
