Cybersecurity / ICAM SME with Security Clearance

Overview Steampunk is seeking a Cybersecurity / ICAM SME to coordinate identity, credential, and access management program maturation for a large federal client, providing program integration support across the four ICAM pillars without directing implementation. Contributions

• Support development and maintenance of a comprehensive ICAM Program and Product Strategy, including policy and technology roadmaps
• Establish program tracking tools, milestone registries, and dependency maps
• Coordinate across the client and its implementation partners to integrate workstreams and resolve dependencies - explicitly without owning or directing implementation execution
• Facilitate stakeholder focus groups annually to define current-state/future-state ICAM vision and inform a prioritized improvement roadmap
• Develop and deliver quarterly system owner communications and engagement activities, ICAM program status reports, and leadership dashboards with risk summaries and recommended actions
• Maintain compliance alignment across all coordination artifacts with HSPD-12, M-19-17, CIO Directive 25-03, NIST 800-63, and FICAM requirements Qualifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total experience
• 8+ years of identity, credential, and access management experience, including program-level (not just technical implementation) roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of HSPD-12, CIO Directive 25-03, NIST 800-63, and FICAM requirements
• Strong cross-organizational coordination skills, including working with multiple implementation partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing status reports and executive-facing dashboards Preferred:
• Experience specifically in a coordination/PMO capacity rather than hands-on IAM engineering
• Federal ICAM program experience
• CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity/identity management certification About steampunk Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.

The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
