Partner Development Representative (Full-Time In-Office) Location: Ogden, Utah
Department: Strategic Partnerships Reports To: Head of Strategic Partnerships
Compensation Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE) About the Role Lowe Law Group is seeking a Partner Development Representative to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The Partner Development Representative is responsible for expanding our nationwide partner network by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and onboarding law firms that align with the firm's strategic objectives. This role owns the partner relationship from initial outreach through onboarding and activation. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and comfortable engaging attorneys and senior-level executives. Success is measured by the quality of new partners brought into the network, successful partner activation, and consistent pipeline growth. What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective law firm partners
  • Identify and engage firms that align with our standards, capabilities, and strategic needs
  • Conduct initial conversations with attorneys and senior-level decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate the firm's partnership model, expectations, and value proposition
  • Manage prospective partners from first contact through qualification and onboarding
  • Coordinate agreements, documentation, systems access, and internal setup
  • Drive new partners toward activation and their first signed case
  • Complete a structured handoff to Account Management after the first signed case
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and partner-stage tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner development and onboarding processes
  • Represent the firm at conferences and industry events

  • Experience working with attorneys, law firms, or referral-based business models is preferred
  • Experience in personal injury law or professional services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Primarily office-based position with frequent computer, phone, and virtual meeting use
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, or networking events may be required
