About the Role

We're seeking an Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using IBM ITX and related technologies. In this remote role, you'll work on database-driven solutions while managing system performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using IBM ITX framework
• Write and optimize SQL queries and database scripts
• Develop solutions in UNIX/LINUX environments
• Work with Sybase databases for data management and optimization
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
• Document code and maintain technical documentation
• Support application deployments and system updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of application development experience
• Strong proficiency with IBM ITX
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX environments
• Sybase database experience
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional programming languages (Java, C, Python)
• Knowledge of API development
• Cloud-based application development experience
• Experience in agile/scrum environments
• Performance tuning and optimization skills
