  • Manage recurring reporting and information requests from lenders, investors, rating agencies, advisors, and other capital partners as assigned.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking related to interest rates, credit markets, financing structures, valuation, and relevant industry activity.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and data gaps; elevate issues early and present clear recommendations to the SVP of Capital Markets.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential transaction files, models, agreements, approvals, and capital-markets reporting.
  • Improve analytical tools, reporting processes, documentation standards, and transaction-management practices as the Capital Markets function scales.
  • Handle highly confidential financial and strategic information with exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Works directly with the SVP of Capital Markets and partners cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Development, and Operations. The role also coordinates with lenders, investors, financial institutions, consultants, and outside advisors. This position may lead workstreams and project teams but is not expected to have direct reports at inception.

    • Strong knowledge of debt and equity financing, credit analysis, valuation, transaction execution, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce accurate, executive-ready work products.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and confidential matters with limited supervision.
    • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, organizational, and project-management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • MBA, CFA progress, CPA, or other relevant advanced credential.
    • Experience supporting multi-site, real estate-intensive, retail, hospitality, fuel, transportation, or rapidly growing operating businesses.
