Position: Business Analyst - Consultant

Location: Columbia, SC 29210
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: We're seeking a results-driven Business Analyst - Consultant to support a strategic initiative. The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote). This is a 12-month contract with potential extensions. Must be a South Carolina resident.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specs
  • Map current and future-state business processes; identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams
