The Role

• Lead complex psychotherapeutic treatments and hold senior physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Drive diagnostic and therapeutic processes with a focus on high professional standards and guideline-based care.
• Provide supportive and goal-oriented leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Competently supervise trainees, aiding in their professional and personal development.
• Contribute to the advancement of patient care within a leading psychosomatic facility.

What You'll Need

• Medical specialist qualification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
• Proven ability to independently manage hospital wards and ensure high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care.
• Experience and a proactive approach to working within interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
