Role: Infrastructure Lifecycle & Asset Management Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX / Denver, CO / Findlay, OH
Work Arrangement: 4 Days Onsite per Week
 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lifecycle & Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise infrastructure lifecycle management, asset governance, inventory management, reporting, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or Networking, along with experience in Asset Management and Infrastructure Lifecycle Management. Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, or similar industrial environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure hardware, software, and platform lifecycle processes.
• Manage and improve infrastructure asset inventories, ownership, and data accuracy.
• Identify aging, unsupported, and high-risk infrastructure assets.
• Develop lifecycle dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reports.
• Support CMDB, inventory reconciliation, and asset governance initiatives.
• Develop workflows and automation to improve lifecycle tracking and reporting.
• Integrate and reconcile infrastructure data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Operations, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Document current-state/future-state processes and establish governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure lifecycle and asset management.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or Networking background.
• Experience with Asset Management, Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, or CMDB.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure such as:
  • Windows Server / Active Directory
  • VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix
  • Dell / HPE / Cisco UCS / Lenovo
  • Network infrastructure
  • Backup, Storage, and Endpoint Management
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, or Industrial/OT experience.
• ServiceNow / CMDB / Discovery platforms.
• Power BI, Power Automate, Axonius, SolarWinds, SCCM/MECM, Lansweeper, or VMware Aria.
• PowerShell, Python, or SQL scripting.
• Cybersecurity asset or vulnerability management experience.
