Full Stack Developer - TypeScript, React, Node

Job Description
An early-stage digital health startup is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance their digital platform that supports health care patients and their care teams.
This hands-on role involves owning features from concept to deployment, working across multiple areas of the product, and collaborating closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and impactful healthcare solutions. You would be using TypeScript, React, Node, AWS or Google Cloud Platform
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Node application development
• 4+ years building production software across the stack.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where priorities change frequently
• Strong product sense

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in healthcare, and HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Comfort with LLM application development (prompt design, evals, RAG, tool use)
• Degree in a relevant field
• Background shipping mobile (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Ability to communicate clearly and make practical tradeoffs

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• 100% Hands On
• Develop and support full-stack applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Design and maintain backend services, data models, and scalable application features
• Build internal tools that let the navigators move faster
• Pair with their clinical and operations team to turn real patient needs into software
