A recognized professional services firm has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a hardworking and versatile Red Team Tester. This role focuses on adversarial testing of AI models, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting the development of stronger security and evaluation practices.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
Conduct adversarial testing campaigns against AI models, including large language models, multimodal systems, and autonomous agents.
Research attack vectors, prompt injection techniques, jailbreaks, and unintended model behaviors.
Run red team exercises to evaluate model outputs for bias, toxicity, misinformation, and other harmful responses.
Create adversarial datasets and benchmarks to assess model robustness under different attack conditions.
Document findings, present vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation actions to security and development stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in penetration testing, red team operations, or AI red team work.
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, programming, development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Background in AI red teaming, red teaming, or offensive cyber operations.
Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, software applications, cloud computing, and networking.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographies.
Desired Skills:
Development experience with coding, scripting, and building products.
Experience evaluating or improving automation in security testing workflows.
Familiarity with AI security tools and metrics for detection and response.
Experience collaborating with security teams and developers on remediation efforts.
