Location: Atlanta, GA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote (Local candidates only; periodic on-site visits + Day 1-2 on-site for setup)

Position Overview A dual-function role bridging Business Analysis and UAT/QA leadership. You will gather business requirements, define test strategies, lead test automation initiatives, and ensure enterprise applications meet state/federal policy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate JAD/JAR sessions and refine user stories/requirements.

• Lead UAT, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing activities.

• Transition manual testing into scalable automated test solutions.

• Validate data accuracy and reporting solutions (Power BI / analytics).

Top Required Skills

• 5+ Years: Enterprise QA, UAT, and Business Analysis.

• 3+ Years: Test Automation strategy & script development.

• 3+ Years: Automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, or UFT).

• 3+ Years: QA management platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Sector Eligibility Systems (e.g., Georgia Gateway).

• Knowledge of .NET, Angular, SQL databases, and Power BI/Microsoft Fabric.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Business, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
