The Role

• Set up fixtures to ensure smooth operations
• Load, unload, and operate machines and systems
• Deburr components thoroughly and efficiently
• Equip machines according to plan and monitor processes
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
• Handle packaging, transportation, and staging of materials using a hand pallet truck
• Create measuring devices according to specifications and perform quality control
• Document measurement results accurately
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks according to schedule
• Produce first parts, measure, get approval, and adjust parameters if needed
• Perform tool changes

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience, ideally in turning or milling technology
• A proactive attitude towards professional and personal development
• Precise, reliable, and quality-conscious work ethic, with a strong team spirit
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
