Summary:
Part-time (20 hours per week) position located onsite at Miller Edge, Inc. In this role the Inside sales support representative will assist the sales team by providing administrative and clerical services. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility is the accurate preparation and procession of source data from customers into the order entry system; compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using SOP’s or returning incomplete documents to Inside Sales Representatives for resolution. Checks orders entered for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all SOP’s, before releasing to the Production team. Sends customer order acknowledgments. Checks backorder report daily for orders past due date, alerting the Inside Sales & Service Manager to any issues or problems.

Coordinates with Production team to ensure correct and complete information is provided to manufacture, fulfil and ship orders. Enters new customer and account data accurately, following all SOP’s. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer account and other relevant sales data by reviewing; correcting; deleting; or re-entering data; ensures accuracy and compliance with SOP’s. Responsible for creating customer accounts; system changes; and upgrades by imputing new data; and review output.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Meets with Inside Sales & Service Manager to review order entry errors and ensure that corrective actions are taken to prevent re-occurrence. Maintains customer confidence and protects sensitive data by keeping information confidential. Demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of individual, team and corporate sales goals. Contributes to team effort. Performs other administrative and clerical duties assigned, including photocopying, scanning and filing.

Responds promptly and professionally to all inquiries; maintain customer confidence in all interactions.

Proficient with common computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work in a high intensity environment with strict time constraints when necessary. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK
ENVIRONMENT
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work is conducted mostly indoors and in an office environment. Appearance at all times must be professional and represent the company image. Noise level is usually moderate. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience. Data entry experience. Experience with ERP/CRM systems. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
