Technical IT Project Manager

Introduction

As a Technical IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects within our organization. You will work closely with developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and SAP BusinessObjects will be crucial in driving projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress
• Coordinate across various teams to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases
• Utilize SAP BusinessObjects/WebI for reporting and data analysis purposes
• Oversee database management, data integration, and enterprise reporting activities
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Independently drive projects from concept through implementation
• Utilize your Federal/FAA or Air Traffic experience to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the IT/software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Jira
• Ability to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases
• Ability to coordinate across developers, data teams, SMEs, and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects/WebI
• General understanding of databases, data integration, and enterprise reporting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently drive projects from concept through implementation
• Federal/FAA or Air Traffic experience
• BusinessObjects development experience preferred, but not the primary role
