Anchor Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through personalized therapy plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and industry best practices.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in compliance with state regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy treatments, exercises, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
