Agent Shop and Stations - Victoria Coach Station (On-site)

We're looking for motivated and driven Agent Shops and Stations for Victoria Coach Station (On-site) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• Act as the face of FlixBus UK at one of the UK's busiest coach stations, Victoria Coach Station, delivering a welcoming and seamless customer experience from journey start to departure
• Assist existing and prospective customers with ticketing queries, journey information, operational updates, cancellations, and delays
• Drive revenue by selling tickets and promoting relevant FlixBus add-ons to passengers
• Support drivers and customers by conducting ticket checks, passenger check-ins, and ensuring smooth boarding processes
• Carry out vehicle audits and quality checks before departure to help maintain service standards and enhance the customer journey
• Coordinate with station partners and TfL staff to manage live departures and ensure the efficient flow of passengers through the station
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, delays, and cancellations, keeping customers informed and minimising network disruption while helping passengers continue their journeys smoothly
  

About You

• Enjoy providing great customer service and have the ability to deal with difficult situations whilst remaining professional at all times
• Have previous experience of working in a customer-facing role
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are able to work on a flexible rota including shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 00:00
• Thrive in high pressure, fast moving and dynamic environments
• See yourself as proactive, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to grow with a business
• Are able to prioritize key tasks and make decisions quickly on sometimes, limited information
