iKure is looking for a smart, energetic, and field-oriented Operations & Business Development Executive to support business growth and program execution across MSMEs, factories, industries, corporates, and institutional partners.

The role is suitable for someone who can identify opportunities, meet potential clients, coordinate health programs, and ensure smooth execution of employee health check-ups, Diabetes360, preventive health packages, NCD screening, and other healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach MSMEs, factories, industries, corporates, business associations, and institutional partners for healthcare programs.
  • Promote iKure's employee health check-ups, preventive health packages, Diabetes360, NCD screening, primary care, and other healthcare solutions.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and support closure of business opportunities.
  • Prepare basic proposals, presentations, pricing notes, client communication, and follow-up trackers.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of health camps, corporate health programs, screening activities, and workplace healthcare interventions.
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, technology, and field teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable healthcare packages and program models.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of corporate, MSME, factory, and institutional opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics, manpower, devices, reports, client communication, and post-program follow-ups.
  • Track program performance, client feedback, repeat business opportunities, and operational issues.
  • Build relationships with HR teams, factory owners, CSR teams, industrial associations, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Support expansion of iKure's healthcare services across new geographies and business segments.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations, corporate sales, healthcare services, diagnostics, wellness, insurance, CSR, or field program execution.
  • Experience working with MSMEs, factories, industries, corporates, or institutional clients will be preferred.
  • Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert discussions into actionable opportunities.
  • Good coordination skills to manage both business development and program execution.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Comfortable preparing proposals, presentations, reports, trackers, and client updates.
  • Practical, target-oriented, organised, and willing to travel for meetings and program execution.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, employee health, corporate wellness, public health, or social impact programs will be an advantage.
  • Candidate with own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred, as the role requires local travel for client meetings, MSME/factory visits, health camp coordination, and field execution.
