The Role

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including administration, change management, configuration, and closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high degree of customer focus.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the commercial team.

What You'll Need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in drafting, writing, and negotiating complex contracts.
• Demonstrable client/customer relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience presenting in senior management forums.
