The Role

• Engage customers with expertise and excellent service at the deli counter, focusing on meat, sausage, and cheese.
• Skillfully prepare and portion fresh goods, creating appealing presentations.
• Independently produce specialty items according to house recipes.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, freshness, and adhere strictly to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or food sales assistant with a specialization in butchery.
• A genuine passion for working with people and a love for the retail environment.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday.
