ASM / Sales Supervisor | New Paltz, NY, United States | Hybrid | $75,000 - $85,000 annually, including bonus potential A leading distributor in the beverage alcohol industry is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to drive market share and sales growth. This role is pivotal in executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and fostering strong supplier and customer relationships within a competitive market. The Role • Oversee and direct a team of Sales Representatives to maximize product sales and distribution. • Implement and execute effective marketing and sales strategies. • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships and promote brand goodwill. • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities in key accounts. • Lead recruitment, selection, and training initiatives for the sales force. • Monitor sales performance against objectives and contribute to sales forecasting.
