ETL Informatica Lead with Microsoft Fabric

Job Title: ETL Informatica Lead with Microsoft Fabric

Location: Worcester, MA (Hybrid)

·       This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.

·       Should have expertise in delivering projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.

·       Partner with client on Fabric/Purview integration & implementation

·       Participate in implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, Power BI).

·       Communicating with Customer on daily/weekly/need basis to participate in the strategic discussions.

·       Lead the team of 10 - 20 associates

·       Knowledge of issue management and risk management, Scope management and resource management.

·       Self-motivated with an ability to learn and work on project.

·       Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives, from initiation through closure.

·       Drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations 

·       Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

·       Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed solutions on Data Governance & Management.

·       Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.

·       Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.

·       Understanding of Azure data services and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI).

·       Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead the delivery in the engagement

Basic Qualifications: 

·       10+ years of hands-on large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.

·       5+ years of technical lead experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.

·       5+ years experience with Informatica ETL

·       4+ years hands on with Azure cloud-based data platform projects.

·       2+ years with Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures, including Power BI

·       Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
