Assembly and Test Manufacturing Technician- 2nd Shift

As an Assembly/Test Technician on our dynamic second shift team (3-11 PM), you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our cutting-edge Opto- Electronic products that power high-performance networks. Collaborating closely with engineers and fellow technicians, you will contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing yields and throughput in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your keen attention to detail and fine motor skills will be essential as you tackle complex tasks and adapt to evolving demands. You have:

• High attention to detail and strong fine motor skills
• Able to comprehend and follow instructions of varying complexity
• Adaptability to changing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Windows and MS Office software

It would be nice if you also had:

• Background in manufacturing Opto- Electronic products
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work overtime as needed for project demands
• Previous experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
