What you'll be doing:
As part of the OneGS 3.0 transformation, you'll own the knowledge graph, operational ontology, and semantic layer connecting fragmented infrastructure data into one coherent, live picture — powering autonomous AI agents that make split-second operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect the Semantic Layer — design and scale a live knowledge graph and operational ontology
• Dynamic Data Reconciliation — reconcile conflicting data from disparate topology and telemetry systems into unified semantic linkages
• Ensure Data Reliability for AI — build low-latency pipelines transforming static asset models into real-time, reliable data substrates for agent reasoning

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 7+ years overall, with 3+ years recent hands-on work building production knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic layers powering live AI products
• Direct experience with complex entity resolution and data orchestration — reconciling messy, multi-system data
• Proven experience at an AI-native scale-up or major tech firm (Meta, NVIDIA, AWS, Google/Gemini)
• Track record taking systems from "works in a demo" to "trusted at production scale"

Preferred Qualification:
• Observability/ITSM-adjacent data experience — network topology, system telemetry, asset management, CMDB-style data
