Automotive Parts Salesperson

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to professional installers and DIY customers. In this on-site role, you'll assist customers with selecting the right automotive parts, tools, and accessories, using product knowledge and lookup systems to ensure accurate recommendations. You will process sales and returns, maintain stocked and organized shelves, and support inventory control. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll receive hands-on training, growth opportunities, and contribute to a culture built on safety, integrity, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers selecting automotive parts, tools, and accessories
• Use point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, and special orders accurately
• Maintain well-organized, stocked, and merchandised parts shelves and displays
• Support inventory control through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
• Assist professional installers and DIY customers with parts lookup and product recommendations
• Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment
• Participate in ongoing training to build automotive and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and performance goals
