Job Title: Accounting Manager, Private Credit

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $120,000-$150,000

Company Summary: A leading investment management firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing finance and accounting team. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, investment accounting, valuation support and fund operations across a portfolio of investment vehicles. This opportunity offers broad exposure to investor reporting, audit coordination, tax, fund administration oversight, and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, performance reporting, and investor deliverables across multiple investment structures
• Support fund operations, including capital activity, cash management, portfolio monitoring, investment tracking, and valuation-related processes
• Partner with external service providers, auditors, tax professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient fund administration
• Assist with management reporting, investor inquiries, fundraising support, financial analysis, and the development of junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting or investment management experience within an alternative investment, asset management, credit fund or public accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, investment accounting, valuation concepts, and credit fund operations
