Director Engineering, Shared Services

Air-tek is a Canadian-based software company with a powerful suite of unique products that have already achieved a significant share of a huge global market. The product market fit is excellent, and customers are lining up to buy. Although our global customers know us, we intentionally operate in stealth mode during this growth phase.

Our diverse team shares a collective passion for solving complex problems with a drive to innovate and a desire to create the passenger-centric travel industry. Based in Toronto, our inclusive culture is built on trust, collaboration, delivering a great product, and continuous personal development. We love what we do, and we support the team around us.

We’re looking for a Director Engineering, Shared Services to lead the foundational teams that enable our product organization to build, ship, and operate high-quality enterprise software at scale. This role will bring together Infrastructure, DevOps, and Quality Assurance into a unified shared services organization focused on reliability, scalability, operational excellence, delivery efficiency, and product quality.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing enterprise SaaS environments and brings strong systems thinking. You’ll strengthen operating models, improve cross-functional collaboration, elevate developer experience and quality practices, and help create a durable foundation for future growth as we scale to serve global airline customers.
